EB vice-chancellor does not want to see students chatting during class time

Islamic University Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. Naqeeb Mohammad Nasrullah said, "All students will be in class during class time. I don't want to see students hanging out in groups. All campuses will be empty during class time, all students will be in class. This is my dream."
