Discussion meeting on law and order on the occasion of upcoming Sharadiya Durga Puja.

In order to celebrate the universal autumn Durga Puja of the Hindu community in a peaceful and festive atmosphere, the Kalihati police station of Tangail held a discussion meeting on law and order.
On Wednesday (September 25) at 11 am, the discussion meeting was held inside the police station compound organized by the Kalihati police station.
Kalihati police station officer in-charge Abul Kalam Bhunya spoke on the occasion, Magra investigation center in-charge Abdus Chattar, Kalihati upazila BNP president Nazrul Islam Shobha, general secretary Rafiqul Islam VP Rafiq, Kalihati town BNP president engineer Shahidul Islam Siddiqui, Bangladesh Hindu Buddhist Christian Unity Parishad Kalihati spoke. Upazila President Gobind Chandra Saha, Kalihati Puja Celebration Council President Dr. Ganesh Chandra Saha, General Secretary Paritosh Sen, Joint General Secretary Das Pawar and others.
The program was conducted by Kamrul Islam, Second Officer of Kalihati Police Station.
It should be noted that this year 154 puja mandaps will be held in Kalihati upazila.
