Tentulia UP Chairperson suspended on various charges, show cause notice within 10 working days

The local government department has temporarily suspended Md. Kudrat-e-Khuda Milon, chairman of No. 1 Banglabandha Union Parishad in Tentulia upazila of Panchagarh district with a show cause notice. It is further mentioned that, as per section 34 of the Local Government (Union Council) Act, 2009, the reply letter as to why you should not be finally removed from your post must be sent to the Local Government Department through the Deputy Commissioner, Panchagarh within 10 (ten) working days for confirmation.
