Allegation of rape of young woman in love relationship

An additional agriculture officer has been accused of raping a young woman by luring her into a love trap. Later, the victim filed a rape case against the agricultural officer for not getting married. A sensation has been created about this.
The name of the accused agricultural officer. Mamunur Rashid alias Mimo (38). He is the son of deceased Khairul Alam of North Sahapara village of Sherpur upazila of Bogra. Mamun aka Mimo has been serving as Additional Agriculture Officer in Chatmohar Upazila Agriculture Office of Pabna for one and a half years.
On August 22, the case was filed at Kahalu police station in Bogra by a young victim of that area. The girl alleged that since the filing of the case, he has been threatening to kill her in various ways. Mamun has covered up since the case was filed.
The victim complained in her case that the agricultural officer proposed love to the girl due to the fact that the house was next to the village. Mamun threatened to end his life if he did not agree. At one point, he ensnares the young woman in the net of false love with the lure of marriage. At one stage of a long-term relationship, on April 13 this year, Mamun took the young woman to a place called Bataldighi of Shanta village under Jamgram union under Kahalu Thana.
Mamun tried to forcefully rape her near the crematorium of a crematorium. When the young woman resisted, she was beaten and forcibly raped multiple times by Mamun alias Mimo. Later, the young woman told the incident to some of her acquaintances. Then they called the agricultural officer and asked him to listen to him, he admitted the whole matter. At that time, when Mamun was told to marry him, he refused and quickly left. Since then, Mamun has been threatening to kill the young woman in various ways.
In this regard, the young victim of the case said, "Mamunur Rashid was addicted to many other women besides me. I did not know this. I later learned that he had destroyed many women. But no woman could complain against him for fear of his influence. I am demanding justice for the rapist by filing this complaint.
The accused Mamunur Rashid Mimo went to his Chatmohar Agricultural Office for two days recently to take his statement, but he could not be found. Several calls were made to his mobile but the phone was found to be switched off. A responsible officer of the office said that Mamun alias Mimo has not been coming to the office for the past one week. No one in the office can contact him. Assume that he has covered up to avoid arrest.
Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Bogra Kahalu Police Station. Shahinuzzaman said, "We have received a complaint in this regard, a case has been registered. The girl's medical examination has been completed. The investigation of the case is going on, necessary legal action will be taken if the investigation report is received.
It is to be noted that the young woman claims that the matter of the case was kept a secret until now for the sake of investigation. That is why the matter of the case is now known.
