A sensation has been created in the area over an allegation of an expatriate's home invasion and intimidation in Komkhali village of Narail Sadar Upazila. The complainant family claims that their home was invaded due to a land dispute and they are currently suffering from insecurity.
The victim's family members allege that they had been in a dispute with some locals over the land of the home for a long time. The matter reached the court and a case was pending regarding the land concerned. They also claimed that the court verdict was in their favor later.
The family alleges that even after receiving the court verdict, some accused persons entered the house and forcibly took control of the house, took valuables and locked the house. It is alleged that they were also intimidated and threatened during this time.
