The annual Christmas Carols will be held on December 6 at London's traditional Westminster Abbey. The organizer is British Princess Kate Middleton.
On the occasion of this special event, Kate has sent invitations to 1,600 guests. In the message, she said, "Turn to love, not fear. Love is the greatest gift that people can give each other."
Kate's message highlights the values of love and compassion. She said that Christmas is not only a time for celebration, but also an opportunity to escape the stress of everyday life.
Kate Middleton is organizing the December 6 carol concert for the fourth time. After a long period of cancer treatment, she has returned to work. She is organizing this carol concert as a duty of the British royal family. She has chosen love as the theme in this letter. At the same time, she has also highlighted the issue of compassion. She has also spoken a lot about love and compassion in various statements about her health before.
Kate Middleton wrote in her letter, “Christmas is not just a time to celebrate, it is also a way to relieve the stress of everyday life. Christmas is a reflection of how much people need each other, despite the many differences between people.”
She also wrote, “Above all, it encourages us to turn to love instead of fear.”
In January of this year, Kate underwent major surgery on her lower abdomen. It was at that time that she was diagnosed with cancer. After tests, she was given preventive chemotherapy. Kate’s cancer diagnosis came as major bad news for the British royal family.
