'Jimmy Kimmel Live' is back, Trump's joy is fading!

After a six-day hiatus, the popular American late-night comedy show 'Jimmy Kimmel Live' is back on air. The show is returning to the ABC network from Tuesday, which has sparked renewed heated discussions in the United States.
The incident began on September 15. On that day's show, host Jimmy Kimmel commented on the murder of conservative political activist and close ally of Donald Trump, Charlie Kirk. Kimmel complained that "the MAGA gang is trying to use this murder politically." Some of his other statements sparked sharp criticism. Even Brendan Caro, chairman of the US Federal Communications Commission (FCC), described Kimmel as a person who showed "ill-will" and called on Disney to take action against him.
When the situation became heated, the ABC network indefinitely suspended the broadcast of "Jimmy Kimmel Live" and temporarily removed Kimmel. At the time, it was thought that President Trump was the happiest with this decision. He welcomed ABC's move on social media.
However, on Monday, Disney announced the return of the show. Their statement said, "The show was temporarily suspended to avoid tension at an emotional time for our country. After discussions with Jimmy, we believe that now is the time to bring the show back."
The decision is seen by many as a challenge to the Trump administration. Because Trump has always threatened to take legal action and regulatory action against the media that criticizes him.
Disney CEO Bob Iger and Disney Entertainment Co-Chair Dana Walden met with Kimmel this weekend. They claim that the ABC network decided to return the show without bowing to any pressure and prioritized the interests of the entertainment company.
Kimmel is expected to address the audience on the entire issue during today's broadcast, but neither he nor his representatives have yet made an official comment on the matter.
