Two new US plans to take control of Hormuz, tensions are rising

The United States is reviewing two new military plans to weaken Iran's capabilities in the strategically important Strait of Hormuz, CNN has reported. This has raised fears of further escalation in the Middle East.
According to the report, the US Department of Defense Pentagon is analyzing multiple attack strategies. One of its plans includes striking Iranian military targets in the Strait of Hormuz, the South Arabian Gulf and the Gulf of Oman. In particular, the aim is to destroy the military equipment and fleet that help Iran maintain control over the strait.
According to sources, the main targets of this plan may be the fast attack boats of Iran's elite Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps and ships used to lay mines. It is believed that these ships are an important part of Iran's strategic power in the Hormuz area.
Meanwhile, US President Donald Trump recently indicated that strict measures will be taken if attempts are made to lay mines in the Strait of Hormuz. He warned that such actions would not be tolerated.
Another plan proposes targeted strikes against Iranian military leaders who the United States believes are obstructing ceasefire talks. It also considers the possibility of new attacks on Iranian missile depots and launch sites.
However, analysts say that if these plans are implemented, they could spark a major conflict across the region. The Strait of Hormuz is a vital route for global energy supplies, and rising tensions there could have a major impact on the global economy.
