BNP's complaint to the tribunal, naming Sheikh Hasina as the main accused!

BNP has filed a complaint with the International Crimes Tribunal, naming Sheikh Hasina as the main accused, mentioning the deaths of 848 leaders and activists in the nationwide massacres in July and August 2024. On Thursday (February 13) morning, BNP's case and coordination chief Salahuddin Khan informed about the filing of the complaint with the International Crimes Tribunal.
Former Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal, Law Minister Anisul Haque, Information Minister Arafat and senior police officials have also been named as accused in the case. The complaint states that BNP leaders and activists were involved in the deaths of 848 martyrs by participating in the anti-quota movement from July 1 to August 5, 2024. At that time, the party demanded proper trial and justice for the massacre.
BNP has submitted audio-video, copies of 84 case reports and other evidence to the International Crimes Tribunal. The allegations state that BNP leaders and activists were subjected to widespread shooting and torture to destroy the anti-discrimination student movement, and genocide was committed through killing. The International Crimes Tribunal will now begin investigating these allegations.
