30 dead bodies in 24 hours including Police-RAB-BGB

At least 30 people including RAB-Police-BGB were killed in Dhaka Medical College Hospital in 24 hours in clashes and shootings in various areas including the capital based on the 1-point demand called by the anti-discrimination student movement.
Their bodies were brought to the morgue in Dhamek from Tuesday morning to Wednesday (August 7) morning.
The deceased are – 1. Policeman Mahfuzur Rahman (24), 2 from Sangsad Bhawan. Ashraful Howladar (20), 3 from Badda. Unknown from Kuwait Maitri Hospital (22), 4. Hafez Mo Mahmudul Hasan (26), 5 from Uttara. Unknown (40) policemen from Jatrabari, 6. Unknown from Jatrabari (30), 7. Policeman Anwar Hossain (57) from Jatrabari, 8. Rabbi (21) from Motijheel, 9. Policeman Abdul Alim (46), 10 from Gazipur. Unknown from Hatirjheel (35), 11. Unidentified (30) policemen, 12 from Jatrabari. Policeman Russell Mahmud (21), 13, from Jatrabari. Monir Hossain (45), 14 from Jatrabari. SI Russell (44), 15, of Uttara East police station. Unidentified (38) policemen from Uttara, 16. Unknown from Uttara (32), 17. Unknown from Uttara (40), 18. Gulshan to Asif (16), 19. Policeman Sultan (30), 20, from Comilla. RAB member Police Inspector Hasmat Ali (40), 21. Kamrangirchar to Noor Alam (21), 22. RAB member JCO Anwar (41), 23 of BGB. Naik of BGB from Gazipur. Abdul Alim (45), 24. Policeman Sanjay Kumar Das (39), 25, from Jatrabari. Uttaray DB Inspector Russell (38), 26. Bangshal to Shaon (22), 27. Unidentified (50) Policeman, 28 from Uttara Crescent Hospital. Policeman Rubel (22), 29, from Mirpur. Monir (45) and 30 from Postgola. Bappi Ahmed (35) from Hatirjheel.
DMK police camp in-charge inspector Bachchu Mia confirmed the matter. He said that from yesterday Tuesday to this Wednesday morning, 128 people were injured in shootings from several areas of the capital including the surrounding areas. Of these, 11 have been admitted and 30 have been declared dead by the doctors in charge of the emergency department. Among them are Police RAB BGB members.
