BNP holds prayer mahfil in Tetulia for top rice candidate Barrister Naushad Zamir in Panchagarh-1 constituency

A prayer mahfil was held in Tetulia on the initiative of BNP as part of the campaign for top rice candidate Barrister Muhammad Naushad Zamir, nominated by BNP for Panchagarh-1 constituency, on the occasion of the upcoming 13th National Parliament Election 2026. The prayer mahfil was organized at Tetulia Chowrasta Bazar on Thursday (January 22) afternoon.
A large number of leaders, activists and supporters of Tetulia Upazila BNP, including various organs and associate organizations of the party, participated in the prayer mahfil. Special prayers were offered at the event, wishing for the welfare of the country and the nation, the re-establishment of democracy, and the success of the BNP-nominated candidate in the upcoming elections.
International Affairs Secretary of the BNP Central Committee and BNP-nominated candidate for Panchagarh-1 constituency Barrister Muhammad Naushad Zamir was present as the chief guest at the event. He said that BNP is working unitedly to establish the people's voting rights and build a democratic Bangladesh. He sought everyone's prayers and cooperation for the development of Panchagarh-1 constituency and fulfilling the people's expectations.
Also present at the time were Tetulia Upazila BNP President Shahadat Hossain Ranju, General Secretary Rezaul Karim Shahin, Organizing Secretaries Abu Bakkar Siddique Kabul and Abu Said Mia, Tetulia Upazila Chhatra Dal former President Saidur Rahman Bablu, Jubo Dal leaders Khandaker Abunoman Enam and Deolowar Hossain, Chhatra Dal leader Abu Bakkar Siddique Sabuj and other leaders of BNP and its affiliates.
The speakers said that the people of the country have been waiting for a long time for real democracy and a just state system. They expressed hope that the top rice party will emerge victorious with the support of the people in the upcoming elections. After the prayer mahfil, the leaders and activists expressed their determination to remain active in the electoral field in unity.
