Former State Minister Major (Retd) Munjur Quader sought votes for Dari Palla in Chauhali

Ahead of the upcoming 13th National Parliament election, a huge election rally was held in Chauhali, Sirajganj, at the initiative of the 11-party alliance. A large number of leaders, activists, and supporters were present at the rally held at the Chauhali Government College ground on Friday (January 30) afternoon.
The rally was presided over by Maulana Abu Said Mohammad Saleh, Amir of Chauhali Upazila Jamaat-e-Islami. Former State Minister of the Government of Bangladesh and former Member of Parliament,t Major (Retd) Manjur Quader spoke as the chief guest. The main speaker was Principal Md. Ali Alam, the nominated MP candidate of the 11-party alliance in Sirajganj-5 constituency.
In addition, Belkuchi Upazila Jamaat-e-Islami Amir Md. Ariful Islam Sohel, Enayetpur Thana Jamaat-e-Islami Ameer Dr. Selim Reza, Sirajganj District Jatiya Nagorik Party Coordinator Yunus Ali Sikder, Enayetpur Thana Jamaat-e-Islami Secretary Dr. Mofazzal Hossain Sabuj, Chauhali Upazila Jamaat-e-Islami Secretary Maulana Abul Hashem, Sirajganj District Islami Chhatra Shibir President Abdul Aziz, Chauhali Upazila Chhatra Shibir Secretary Md. Tariqul Islam, Sirajganj District Yubo Shakti Member Secretary Musa Hasemi, and many other leaders.
In his speech as the chief guest, Major (Retd.) Manjur Quader said, “I have only one request to the people of Chauhali—we will all cast two votes in the upcoming National Assembly elections to be held on February 12. One will be a vote for ‘Yes’ and the other will be a vote to make Sirajganj-5 constituency candidate Principal Ali Alam the winner by a landslide.” He expressed his hope of victory with a huge vote, InshaAllah.
He also said that it is possible to ensure the real development of Chauhali by voting in Bardi Palla. At the same time, he urged people to vote in Bardi Palla to build an independent and strong country against Indian hegemony. After the public meeting, the leaders and activists pledged to work together in the elections.
