Nasiruddin Patwari distributes food at Khamenei's funeral

Nasiruddin Patwari, the chief coordinator of the National Citizens Party, was seen distributing food to the general public at the funeral and last rites of Iran's late Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.
In a video that went viral on social media on Tuesday, he was seen standing on a street in the holy city of Qom, Iran, with food packets in his hands. The video shows him personally handing out food to women, men and children attending the funeral.
Many local people gathered around him to eat the food. However, it is not known for sure what kind of food was inside the packets.
According to reports, after Khamenei's body was taken to Qom, a large number of people took to the streets to pay their last respects. His funeral and last rites have been going on in different parts of Iran for several days.
Earlier, it was reported that Nasiruddin Patwari had gone to Iran to attend Khamenei's funeral. The video of him distributing food spread on social media, and the issue was discussed.
