Temperatures below 10 degrees Celsius for two consecutive days in Panchagarh!

The minimum temperature in Panchagarh has again dropped to single digits for two days, which has brought a mild cold wave. On Wednesday morning, the entire area was covered in a thick blanket of fog. However, around 12 noon, the sun appeared, which cleared the fog.
According to the meteorological office, dense fog and cold wave combined on the first day of Magh. At 9 am on Wednesday, the Tentulia meteorological office recorded the lowest temperature of 9.5 degrees Celsius. On Tuesday, the temperature was 9.6 degrees Celsius. The highest temperature of the day was recorded at 25.5 degrees Celsius.
Chayful Alam, a stone worker from Mithapukur area of the city, said, "We have to go down to the river to pick up stones. We cannot work in the morning due to the cold, which has reduced our income."
Jitendra Nath Roy, officer-in-charge of Tentulia Meteorological Office, said that a mild cold wave continues in Tentulia and surrounding areas and the temperature is fluctuating below 10 degrees Celsius. This cold wave started from Tuesday.
