Accused of filing a case against his own daughter by making his mother and brothers honest

In Madaripur Rajoir, a daughter Mitu Akhter has been accused of filing a false case against her mother and three brothers by making her mother and brothers her stepmother and brothers, accusing her of beating her to please her drug-addicted husband. Such an incident has created a sensation in the area. Her own son, the locals and relatives have demanded justice for the mother of Mitu Akhter in this incident.
According to the victim's family case,
Mitu Akhter, daughter of Bellal Matubbar of Bajitpur village in Rajoir upazila, married Sohel Molla, son of Abdul Rab Molla of the same village, in 2015. Since the marriage, he used to beat Mitu for drug money. Therefore, Mitu Akhter lives with her parents as she has no relationship with her drug-addicted husband. Meanwhile, Mitu Akhter has a nine-year-old child named Akash Molla in her house. Akash has not seen his father since his birth. Suddenly, when Mitu and her husband developed a good relationship, Mitu went to her husband's house with her son. Later, when the son did not want to stay at his father's house, his mother Mitu Akhter and his father Sohel Mollah beat the son. Later, the son somehow escaped from there to his grandmother's house. When the mother did not want to go to pick up her son, Mitu cut off his own head with a belt as per her husband's instructions on November 12, and instead filed a false case against his brother and mother in the Madaripur court, making them honest.
Local Gaus-ur Rahman, Rubel, Alamin said that there was no fight here. Mitu came to pick up her son and the son did not want to go, so Mitu filed a false case against his mother and brothers. We want strict justice from the administration.
Mitu's mother Rily Begum said, I have been carrying him for ten months and ten days. How did he make me honest? I want justice for this girl.
Mitu's son Akash Mollah said, My father is a drug addict. I have not seen my father since birth. My mother suddenly took me to our house and when I did not want to stay there, my mother and father beat me. They have filed a false case in the name of my grandparents and uncles. I want justice for my mother and father.
Although I called the accused Mitu Akhter's mobile phone several times to inquire about this matter, there was no response.
In this regard, OC Mohammad Masud Khan, the officer-in-charge of Rajoir Police Station, said that we have not received any complaint in this regard yet. We do not know whether a case has been filed in the court. No notice has been received from the court in this regard. If the notice comes, the matter will be investigated.
